Sen. Charlie Schumer
Handing down his pronouncements
A speech knot quiet free
Had to efface a constituent rising
Delivering his rebuke
With aside of genocide
As up Chuck on the podium
And citizen Schumer in Sen.-like contempt
Made his democratic pronouncement
“They didn’t come to hear you.”
Still
In the foolness of time
That grave day will come
When this Charley hoarse on democracy
Will
Meat
His own
Demise
And the unherd won’t be there
At his bequest
They didn’t come
To here you
