POEM: A Posed

At some point, every ideology wrests on assumptions, that soul stuff that we “choose” to believe. I try to center my life around the conviction that humanity is one, that we are all siblings, in my view God’s children. Form me, what follows is a radical equality and a path of nonviolence, compassion for all, including my enemies. What assumptions do you follow? . . .

A Posed

Are you a posed
To still
Believing
In loo of evidence
Not sow much
It’s what is called
ID-ology
The root of won’s belief
The ground of one’s soul
Beyond belief
The premises on which we live
And die
And what might
That be
A good
Start
A tending us
Where ever we go
Till we end up
God knows wear
As in the mean time
The wrest is up
To me
