Prez Donald Trump wanting a military parade is perhaps one of the clearest signals of his shallow, narcissistic, authoritarian bullying. He may start World War 3 in a vain attempt to assuage his dark insecurities. The Don pushes the surreal precedent set by Baby Bush in his premature declaration of “Mission Accomplished” at the beginning of the Iraq war, which is still an unfolding catastrophe. The Don’s axis of evil may be led by South Korea and Iran, but he is so adept at making enemies that the list may include a lengthy list of allegedly “shithole” nations. Of course, the list might be longer if he knew that Africa is a continent not a country.
