POEM: Poetry From Afar

I once saw poetry from afar
Hopelessly afar
Its distance was too great to travel
That distance from the head to the heart
So I looked down
Still
My continuous, comfortable cowardice was overcome
By an irresistible force
My head swimming
My knees wobbling
I fell
Into what could never be described
As love
Which no tour guide can reproduce
