{"id":731,"date":"2012-10-08T17:09:59","date_gmt":"2012-10-08T22:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/toppun.com\/blog\/?p=731"},"modified":"2012-10-08T17:09:59","modified_gmt":"2012-10-08T22:09:59","slug":"poem-bull-shit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/toppun.com\/blog\/2012\/10\/08\/poem-bull-shit\/","title":{"rendered":"POEM: Bull Shit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">There are two things I know for sure<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">One, I am way too old for this bull shit<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Two, I am way too young for this bull shit<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Okay, it&#8217;s more<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: large;\">Like one thing<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In my college freshman english class, I wrote an essay where I\u00a0quoted Ernest Hemingway, &#8220;The most essential gift for a good writer is a built-in, shock-proof, shit detector.&#8221; \u00a0In a\u00a0weird\u00a0twist of irony, my professor thought that I made this up, that it was bull shit.
