Past, Present, Future<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The past is the foundation from which we build<\/span>
\nThe shoulders we stand upon<\/span>
\nThe inventory of experience stored for our convenience <\/span>
\nThe pool of wisdom in which we bathe<\/span>
\nThe present is the current electrifying our wishes<\/span>
\nThe happening place nearest to everything<\/span>
\nInsight of the timeless center of our hearts <\/span>
\nA crossroad of acquiring and letting go<\/span>
\nThe crucible<\/span>
\nOf known and unknown<\/span>
\nOf fear and hope<\/span>
\nForging things to come<\/span>
\nThe future is a mountaintop perspective<\/span>
\nAn end of a long road we wish to travel<\/span>
\nA tomorrow yearning to be a present<\/span>
\nA dream that knows not sleep<\/span>
\nAnd keeps us waking<\/span><\/p>\n

Finding a healthy relationship with the past, present, and future can be tricky.\u00a0 The past can be a place where we are stuck to hurts and disappointments or get lost in nostalgia.\u00a0 The past can be a rich mine of experience and wisdom to enrich our present and launch our future.\u00a0 The present is at the very heart of our quality of life, the nexus of both change, through volition, and simple, pure experience through awareness.\u00a0 Like they say: there is no gift like the present!\u00a0 Of course, a myriad of distractions, from the past, present, and\/or future can degrade the quality of our awareness, and stunt full consciousness.\u00a0 The future can lure us into our fondest dreams and countless possibilities.\u00a0 The future can paralyze us with a cauldron of fears.\u00a0 May you experience a nurturing and joyful relationship with your past, present and future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
