Pun accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover online or by phone. There
is no minimum order for online payment. Credit card payments by
phone require a minimum order of $50. Online orders also often
offer free products with your order, as a reward for online shopping.

Shipping Most orders are shipped within
1-3 business days of the order. In the continental U.S.,
you should receive your order within two weeks or less. Top
Pun produces many of its products individually to order, in order to
offer you a multitude of designs and products without
a warehouse full of inventory. The time to fulfill your order
depends on the number of products and designs, and the size of
the order. Top Pun offers several shipping option to meet your

United States Postal Service
Delivery to every U.S. address,
including PO boxes and military addresses.
Saturday and
residential delivery at no additional charge.
Packages under 13 ounces
will usually be sent First Class Mail (see
small order shipping).
Priority Mail
Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any U.S.
destination. Rates start at $5.85.
Express Mail
Next-day delivery is guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S.
destinations (see rush orders)
International Shipping
Top Pun ships word-wide!
First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International
options are available depending on order weight

Guaranteed day of delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Delivery time generally 2-5 business days; which is usually
slower than USPS Priority Mail.

(Next-day delivery in most cases)
The fastest way to send packages that need to be there in a
hurry, with rates starting at about $15. Next-day delivery is
guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations, or
your money back. There is delivery
to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military
addresses. Express mail is available 365 days a year, including Sundays
and holidays, to most locations at no additional charge.
Express Mail includes proof of delivery with signature upon request and
tracking information. Your shipment is also insured automatically up to $100
against loss or damage.

work to make it right. If an item is defective, you may
return it within 30 days from date of purchase for
an exchange or a refund of your purchase price. Returns may be subject to
a 15% return fee (25% for t-shirts), since most items are made-to-order. Returns of
personalized or
customized items may also be limited to exchange
for a comparable item, or store credit. Refunds are issued by check.
